摘要
目的 起草制定木瓜酶国家药品标准。方法 参照美国药典 (USP) 2 3版木瓜酶活力的测定方法 ,采用正交试验法对国内外测定条件进行了逐项试验的研究 ,筛选出最佳测定条件。结果 该法测得活力比USP方法稍高。结论 试验表明 。
OBJECTIVE To develop the national drug standards for papain.METHOD Base on determination of enzymatic active for papain in USP ⅩⅩⅢ.The analytical conditions were selected by orthogonal tests.RESULT The method acquired enzymatic active was a little high than USPXX Ⅲ acquired.CONCLUSION This method is feasible for the determination of enzymatic active for papain.
