摘要
目的 测定藿贞胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。方法 用反相高效液相色谱法 ,流动相为甲醇 水 ( 70∶30 ) ,紫外检测波长 2 70nm ,流速 1.4ml·min- 1 。结果 丹参酮ⅡA 对照品在 0 .7～ 41.6mg·L- 1 浓度内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9994。平均加样回收率96 .1% ,RSD为 2 .2 %。结论 该法简便 ,分离完全 ,结果可靠 ,适用于丹参酮ⅡA
OBJECTIVE To develop an assay for the determination of tanshinoneⅡ A concentration in Huozhen capsule.METHODS RPHPLC was applied. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol: water (70∶30), the detected wave length was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.4 ml·min -1 .RESULTS:The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.7～41.6 mg·L -1 .The average recovery was 96.1% with the relative standard deviation 2.2%.CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and reliable. It is suitable for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A concentration.
