摘要
1目的 解决白血病化疗过程中药物的副作用和白血病细胞的抗药性。2方法 将人工合成的与 C-myb基因起始密码子 2~ 7互补的反义寡聚脱氧核苷酸 (ASO)和化疗药物阿糖胞苷 (Ara- c)联合作用于急性粒细胞白血病 (AML)细胞 ,观察其对细胞活力、DNA合成、集落形成和凋亡的影响。 3结果 ASO可明显提高白血病细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。 4结论
Objective To solve the problem of side effects of chemotherapeutic agents and drug resistance of leukemia cells. Methods Acute myeloid leukemia(AML) cells were treated with antisense oligodeoxynucleotide(ASO) of C myb oncogene and Ara c. The effects were evaluated by cell viability, DNA synthesis, colony formation and cell apoptosis. Results The leukemia cells treated with ASO were highly susceptible to Ara c. Conclusion The application of both ASO and chemotherapeutic drugs may pvovide a new method to treat leukemia. [
