摘要
1目的 探讨白细胞流变特性及白细胞黏附分子 (CAMs)表达与银屑病关系 ,及藻酸双酯钠 (PSS)对其影响。 2方法 采用 DXC- 30 0 A型核孔滤膜红细胞变形能力测定仪、体外血栓血小板黏附两用仪及 EL ISA法 ,检测了 PSS治疗前后银屑病病人白细胞变形能力 (L D)及白细胞黏附功能 (L AF) ,白细胞 CD1 8表达及血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)含量的变化。 3结果 银屑病病人白细胞滤过指数 (L FI)、白细胞黏附率 (L AR)、白细胞 CD1 8表达及 s ICAM- 1含量明显增高 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (t=6 .86 0~ 2 2 .6 5 0 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。银屑病病人 L FI和 L AR与白细胞 CD1 8表达及 s ICAM- 1含量呈正相关 (r=0 .716 ,0 .6 2 5 ,0 .6 0 0 ,0 .5 96 ,P<0 .0 0 1) ,L FI与 L AR呈正相关 (r=0 .6 0 7,P<0 .0 0 1)。 PSS治疗后 L FI,L AR,白细胞 CD1 8表达及 s ICAM- 1含量较治疗前明显降低 ,差异有极显著性 (t=17.36 2~ 5 6 .6 0 1,P<0 .0 0 1) ,但治疗后各指标仍高于对照组 (t=6 .6 2 0~ 17.5 6 0 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论 白细胞流变特性及 CAMs表达异常参与了银屑病的发生与发展 ,PSS具有改善白细胞流变特性和抑制 CAMs异常表达的作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between the changes of leukocyte rheological characteristics and expression of cell adhesion molecules and psoriasis, and the effect of polysacchride sulfate(PSS) on them. Methods By using the DXC 300A erythrocyte deformability apparatus, platelet and thrombus adhesion dual purpose apparatus and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) methods, the changes of leukocyte deformability (LD),leukocyte adhesion function(LAF),leukocyte CD 18 expression and serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1) were measured in patients with psoriasis before and after treatment with PSS. Results The leukocyte filtration index(LFI) ,leukocyte adhesion rate(LAR), leukocyte CD 18 expression and sICAM 1 concentration were significantly higher in patients with psoriasis than those in controls(t=6.860-22.650, P<0.01). LFI, LAR were positively correlated to leukocyte CD 18 expression and sICAM 1 concentration(r=0.716,0.625, 0.600 ,0.596, P<0.001) and LFI was positively correlated to LAR (r=0.607, P<0.001). The LFI, LAR, CD 18 expression and sICAM 1 concentration were significantly lower in the patients after treatment with PSS than those in the patients before treatment (t=17.362-56.601, P<0.001). Conclusion The abnormalities of leukocyte rheological characteristics and cell adhesion molecules expression may participate in the occurance and development of psoriasis, and PSS may have the effects of improving the leukocyte rheological characteristics and restraining the expression of cell adhesion molecules.;[
