摘要
1目的 探讨 P16蛋白在眼睑恶性肿瘤中的表达情况及其与眼睑恶性肿瘤发生、发展的关系。 2方法 应用免疫组化 SABC法检测 96例常见眼睑恶性肿瘤的 P16蛋白。 3结果 眼睑恶性肿瘤 P16蛋白阳性者均为细胞核染色。其中 2 8例基底细胞癌 (BCC) ,18例鳞状细胞癌 (SCC) ,13例睑板腺癌 P16蛋白呈阳性表达 ,阳性率分别为 70 .0 0 % ,5 4.5 5 % ,5 6 .5 2 % ,随肿瘤分化程度的降低 ,P16蛋白阳性表达率下降 ,高分化癌与低分化癌间差异有显著性 (P =0 .2 86 )。 4结论 P16蛋白的表达与眼睑恶性肿瘤的发生及分化程度有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of P16 in malignant eyelid tumors and to determine the relationship between P16 protein and the occurrence and development of malignant eyelid tumors. Methods SABC immunohistochemistry method was used to study P16 protein in 96 malignant eyelid tumors. Results All positive cells for P16 protein were nuclear stained. The positive expression of P16 protein was detected in 28 cases of basal cell carcinoma (BCC),18 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC),13 cases of subaceous carcinoma. The P16 positive rate decreased with the decreasing degree of histological differentiation. Conclusion The expression of P16 protein is related with the occurrence and degree of differentiation of malignant eyelid tumors. [
