摘要
一、远动技术与微机SCADA系统的发展及其实用化 IEC/TC—57国际电工委员会第57技术委员会是国际性电力系统远动、远方保护及有关通信的标准化组织.该组织早期任务是制定电力载波通信标准,70年代扩大专业范围后把远动技术列为首项,反映了远动已发展成一门专业技术,在现代生产和科技领域中占据重要地位.
The microcomputer based telecontrol equipment was developed in 1982, and then the personal computer based SCADA system in 1985. The above new generation equipment and system, about 1000 RTUs and 100 system. were widely used in different district power networks to improve the dispatch operation, particularly in the period of energy shortage in China. The SCADA system is necessary to be improved or upgraded on following points: l.Set up software package (SCADA package for example) 2.Unifica-tion of protocol 3. System synchronous clock 4.Duplexity of system 5.Window function 6. LAN network. Development of engineering workstation based SCADA system is discussed in detail. This is a strategic project, which will make micro SCADA system more powerful in function, more flexible in structure and more open in system. Meanwhile, the UNIX operation system and X- Window software, involved in engineering workstation, would result in the standardization of SCADA system software.
