摘要
随着变电站自动化程度越来越高,远动通讯发挥着越来越重要的作用,主站的高级应用功能也越来越多,需要变电站的装置准确无误的上送遥信、遥测信息,否则将影响系统的稳定运行。本文详细介绍了一起110kV变电站与中调通讯异常、误发信号的故障,细致分析了故障产生的原因,是由于远动机、保护装置通讯程序及交换机电源异常导致的,并提出了防止类似故障发生的有效措施。现场工作人员在实际工作中采取本文建议的措施,排除了该故障并且没再发生过类似的情况,有效地降低了远动故障发生率,保障了电力远动系统的正常运行,同时提出了远动通讯应该遵循的原则,对提高变电站通讯的可靠性具有重要意义。
With the increasingly high level of substation automation, telecontrol machine in which play an increasingly important role, master advanced apphcations function more and more accurate device on substation to send remote, telemetry information,otherwise it will affect the stable operation of the system. This paper describes a 110kV substation's abnormal in tune communication, false signal failure, a detailed analysis of the causes for the failure, the telecontrol machine, protection device communications program and switch power result abnormal, and put forward measures to prevent similar failure effective.Field staffin the practical work to take the measures recommended in this paper, to rule out the fault and did not recur in a similar situation, and effectively reduce the incidence of failure telecontrol, to guarantee the normal operation of the power telecontrol system, and put forward the principle that the telecontrol communication should follow, is of great significance to improve the rehabihty of the substation communication.
