摘要
英国在节约能源、提高能效、促进低碳发展、降低碳排放、推进温室气体减排、应对全球气候变化等方面做了大量工作,并取得显著成果。文章分析了英国能源探明储备、能源生产、消费、对外依存、消费结构等情况,总结了英国能源的法律框架、激励措施和推进节能减排的各种举措,为上海市开展节能减排工作提供借鉴,提出了深入推进节能减排工作的建议。
The UK has done a lot of works of energy conservation, improving energy efficiency, promoting low-carbon development, reducing carbon and greenhouse gas emission and responding to global climate change, and achieved remarkable results. The UK energy reserves, production, consumption, supply, foreign dependence, consumption structure, etc. have been analyzed. The UK energy legal framework, incentive measures and energy conservation emission reduction promoting measures have been summarized, providing a reference for shanghai with some proposed advices for further energy conservation emission reduction work.
