摘要
以梅山MYF31H永磁锶铁氧体预烧料为原料,采用陶瓷法制备La-Co掺杂高性能M型锶铁氧体磁体。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和MATS-2010型磁性材料自动测量装置,研究了La-Co掺杂对材料磁性能的影响。结果表明,适量La-Co掺杂能够明显改善M型锶铁氧体的磁性能。在掺杂量为0.15mol时,磁性能为Br=424.2mT、Hcb=315kA/m、Hcj=346.4kA/m、(BH)max=35.7kJ/m3。
Based on Meishan MYF31H pre-sintered Sr-ferrite powders, La-Co substituted high performance M-Type strontium ferrites were prepared by common ceramic processing. The influence of La-Co substitution on the magnetic properties were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and MATS-2010 permanent magnet magnetic auto-measuring instrument. The results show that a proper amount of La-Co substitution may remarkably improve the magnetic properties of M-Type strontium ferrites. For La-Co substitution amount of 0.15mol, the sample has magnetic properties as follows: Br=424.2mT, Hcb=315kA/m, Hcj=346.4kA/m, (BH)max=35.710/m^3.
