摘要
本文论述的矫顽力自动测量装置,用于在开磁路中自动测量磁性材料矫顽力。主要曲8031单片机、双压控电流源、开关电路、A/D 电流采样系统、螺线管、磁通门传感器及其相应检测电路等组成。测量范围为0.1～5000A/m;不确定度为±1.0%;测量时间:单向法小于3分钟,双向法小于6分钟。比传统测量装置的准确度提高一倍,速度提高十倍以上。
An automatic coercimeter is described in this paper,It is usedfor automatic measurement of the coercivity of magnetic materials in an openmagnetic circuit,It mainly consists of 8031 single chip computer,doublevoltage-controlled current source,switching circuit,A/D sampling system ofthe current,solenoid fluxgate sensor and detecting circuit of fluxgate sensoretc,measuring range:0.1～5000A/m,uncertainly:≤±1.0%,time of measu-rement:“one-direction method”:〈3minutes,“twe-direction method”:〈6minutes,The accuracy is one time better and the operation time is 10 timesshorter than those of ordinary coercimeters.
