摘要
针对目前大管径排水管道缺乏适宜清淤技术的问题,自主设计开发了一套大管径排水管道清淤系统,该系统的设备样机已制作完成并在不同条件的实际管道中进行了应用。论述了该系统的总体结构和工作原理以及各组成部分的构造和功能,介绍了应用实例并给出了应用效果数据。实践证明,该系统设备操作简便灵活,适应性强,清淤效果好,且成本与运行费用低,对环境影响小,具有较高的应用和推广价值。
In order to address the problem that no suitable technology are available for the cleaning of large-diameter sewers ,a novel set of large-diameter sewer hydraulic cleaning system has been designed and developed.The proto-machine has been successfully manufactured and applied in municipal sewers under different Conditions in chongqing, China.h specifies the structures ,operation principal,components of the system and their functions.The in-site application results of the new system showed that the system can be handled easily and flexibly,and applied in many different occasions.The dredging system also has the advantages of good dredging effect,low manufacture and operation cost,and being environment-friendly.So it will have promising market prospects in the future.
