摘要
通过对测周和测频两种方法的比较,给出了一种M/T法对电机速度进行检测。该方法根据电机的转速变化,通过设定预置门控信号的时间值,确定测周与测频法间进行切换的电机转速值,从而自动完成测周和测频法间的切换,故具有检测范围宽和检测结果准确的优点。并给出了M/T法的检测原理和具体工作过程,采用Altera公司的EPM7128芯片实现了对电机测速电路的设计。最后对电路进行了仿真分析,其结果表明该设计是可行的。
By comparing period-measuring with frequency-measuring, this paper puts forward the method of M/T for speed detection in motors, which, according to the change in the motor's rotation rate, automatically realizes the switch between period-measuring and frequency- measuring by setting the time of the pre-setting signal. This method, therefore, has the advantages of wide detection scope and accurate detection results . The EPM7128 chip by Altera Company is adopted for the design of the speed detecting circuit. Simulation and analysis prove the circuit to be reasonable.
