摘要
目的 以修复体的适合性为指标 ,检测研制的热压铸入型陶瓷专用包埋料的铸造精度。方法 用此包埋料铸造陶瓷全冠 ,检测全冠与代型之间粘固膜的厚度 ,并与用 IPS- Empress陶瓷包埋料铸造的对照组进行比较。结果 用该包埋料铸造陶瓷全冠 ,铸件脱模容易 ,表面光洁。用磷酸锌水门汀粘固粉粘固全冠 ,粘固膜厚度面为 16 4.33μm,轴壁为 10 5 .5 8μm,颈部边缘为 16 4.0 0 μm,与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 用此包埋料铸造全冠 ,可得到适合性良好的陶瓷修复体 ,具备临床应用前景。
WT5”BZ]Objective The purpose of this study was to form a special phosphate bonded investment which was used to for the heat pressed glass ceramics, and its casting accuracy was tested.Methods The new investment was formed according to the component analysis and selection. Using the new investment and the IPS Empress special investment to cast the ceramic full crowns. The marginal adaptation of crowns were measured by cross section method. Results The results of cement film thickness revealed there were no statistically significant differences among three locations between the two groups. The surface of the casts were very smooth, and separation from the new investment was easy. Conclusion The new investment had exhibited the clinically acceptable setting time, setting and thermal expansion and compressive strength. The expansion of the new investment can compensate the shrinkage of the heat pressed ceramics. [WT5”HZ]
