摘要
目的 金－ 瓷修复体的远期疗效评价。方法 对平均修复年限１３ ．５ 年的６５ 名烤瓷冠、桥修复患者，其中烤瓷冠９４ 个，烤瓷固定桥７ 件，共计１０６ 个冠。从美观、功能、咬合、适合性、牙周情况等方面进行临床随访。结果 修复体可随意使用者３９ 人，占修复人数的６０ ％ ；色泽及形态较为完善的７０ 颗牙，约占６６ ％ ；修复牙龈萎缩者２７ 颗牙，占修复牙数的２５ ％ ，以同名牙或邻牙为对照进行统计学分析，差异有显著性。结论 金－ 瓷材料在美观、耐磨性方面仍是目前最理想的修复材料。修复牙的龈萎缩率远大于天然牙。因此，在修复体的设计。
Objective To evaluate the follow-up results of PFM restoration and prosthodontics.Methods 65 patients with PFM crowns and bridges which had served for an average of 13.5 years attended the follow-up examination (106 crowns,7 bridges).The restoration and prosthodontics in terms of aesthetics,function,occlusion,adaptability and the condition of periodontium were investigated.Results Restorations from 39 patients had good performance (60%).70 crowns were satisfied in shape,color and lustre (66%).27 crowns were with gingival atrophy (25%).Data was analyzed statistically,compared with the control groups.Conclusion Up to now,PFM has been still the ideal prosthodontical material in aesthetics and wear resistance.The rate of gingival atrophy on restorations was much higher than that on nature teeth.Therefore,it is necessary to improve in the design,preparation and construction of restoration and prosthodontics.
