摘要
塔河油田托甫台井区白垩系巴什基奇克组、卡普沙良群组地层稳定性差,井壁失稳严重,井下故障较多。通过分析该区块的地质特点和井壁失稳原因,结合超深水平井对钻井液的特殊要求,优选出适用于TP237H井的钻井液体系并制定了相应的现场维护处理措施。实钻表明,该井二开使用的强抑制钾基聚合物钻井液、钾钙基聚磺硅醇复合防塌钻井液,解决了该区块上部地层易分散,钻井液流变性差,中部白垩系棕红色泥岩、膏质泥岩吸水膨胀缩径、坍塌、阻卡等施工难题,实现了井壁稳定。三开聚磺多元复合防塌钻井液有效抑制了下部井眼的剥落垮塌和井径扩大,提高了二叠系地层的承压能力。四开低渗透聚磺混油钻井液采用液、固体润滑剂复配,降低了摩阻和扭矩,实现了深部地层小井眼水平段的快速钻进,达到了优质、安全、顺利和保护油气层的目的。
Through analyzing the geologic features and the reasons of hole unstability in the Tahe block,and combining with the special drilling fluid request of ultra-deep horizontal well,the drilling fluid system suited for well TP237H was optimized and the corresponding technology measures were worked out.The field application showed that the potassium polymer drilling fluid system and anti-sloughing poly-sulfonated silanol drilling fluid system could solve the problems of poor hole stability,poor rheological property,collapse,sticking etc.in cretaceous formation,anti-sloughing poly-sulfonated drilling fluid could restrain effectively the hole collapse and hole enlargement,and increase the bearing capacity of Permian formation.Low-permeability poly-sulfonated oil emulsion drilling fluid system could reduce drag and torque,the drilling speed of slim hole in deep horizontal section was improved,and the oil and gas reservoir was protected effectively.
