摘要
本文阐述了多元复合破乳剂对江汉原油的破乳效果。用单种破乳剂进行化学破乳达不到净化油含水<0.5%,污水含油<100mg/l 的要求。两剂、三剂、多剂复合,总用量为30—50ppm,在40℃或50℃的低温下可使净化油含水<0.5%,甚至达到痕量,脱出水清,界面整齐,无乳化层。特别是多元复合破乳剂,脱水速度快,15—30分钟就可脱水99%以上,净化油含水和脱出水含油均可达到规定要求。
The practice over the world indicates that the emulsified crude oils wtth high water content can not be dehydrated thoroughly at relalively low temperatures by using single chemical demulsifiers only.Authors of this paper have applied more than 30 demulsifiers to dehydating a Jianghan's crude oil with water content 61% but no one is found to give accept- able results (water in dehydrated crude should be less than 0.5% and oil in sewage less than 100mg/l) what is illustrated by tabulated experimental data on 8 emulsifiers selected as excellent ones.With double and triple demulsifiers,mixed or compound with other ingredi- ents in concentration as low as 30-50ppm,the dehydration of Jianghan's crude oil may be practically completed at 50℃ or 40℃ to give acceptable crude and clear sewage without formation of emulsion interlayer.Some combinations,especially triple mixed and compound demulsifiers,are very speedy and effective,and over 99% of water is separated from the crude in 15-30 minutes after these chemicals are introduced.Detailed results are presented in tables and discussed.
