摘要
目的探讨以应急箱为核心的物资管理在批量伤员救护中的应用效果。方法在"6.7"事件批量伤员的救护中,采用以应急箱为依托的烧伤批量处方,进行快速检伤分诊、身份识别、信息管理、安全转运。结果通过应急箱的应用,每位伤员均在入院后1min内完成检伤分诊,5min内接受VIPCI救治;无一例伤员身份识别错误;有5例重伤员进行了物资补给。结论批量伤员应急箱的应用使物资管理更高效、快捷、精准,促进了批量伤员的有效救治。
Objective To explore the application effects of material management for emergency case as the core in res- cuing for batch wounded. Methods Burn batch prescription based on emergency case was adopted to rapid triage diagnosis, identification, information management, safe transfer for the ＂6 - 7＂event batch wounded in the rescue. Results Through the application of the emergency case, each patient on admission was completed triage diagnosis within 1 minuye and within 5 minutes of receiving VIPCI treatment. No case of the identification was error. About 5 cases of severe wounded were supplied with materials.
