摘要
目的应用CAT(慢性阻塞性肺病评估测试)量表与MMRC(呼吸困难评级)表,对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的生存质量进行评估分析。方法对本院收治的140例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行肺功能检查,对其实施CAT和MMRC问卷调查的结果进行分析。结果 CAT与MMRC评分具有相关性(P<0.05),和第一秒用力呼吸量占预测值百分比有相关性(P<0.05),MMRC各个等级之间CAT评分具有差异性(P<0.05),GOLD分级之间CAT评分具有差异性(0.05>P<0.01)。结论 CAT评分具有真实、敏感和便捷的优点,建议作为临床呼吸系统疾病和COPD患者自我检测的简便有效方法。
Objective Apply CAT（COPD Assessnent Test） scale and MMRC（the dyspnea score classifiation）scale to evaluate and anylysize the qualify of life in patients with chronic obstructive plulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods Plulmonary function tests on 140 patients with chronic obstructive plulmonary disease in our hospital,and anylysis on the implementation of the results of the CAT and MMRC questionnaire. Results CAT score and MMRC score have correlation （P〈0.05） correlation （P〈0.05） and first second forced expiratory volume percentage of predicted values, MMRC each grade differences （P〈0.05） between the CAT score CAT score is the difference between the GOLD classification （0.01P〈0.05）. Conclusion CAT score has the advantages of true,sensitive and convenient, As a simple and effective method for clinical respiratory disease and patient with COPD self-testing with suggestions.
