摘要
目的探讨噻托溴铵干粉剂治疗对轻中度稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量的影响。方法 60例轻中度稳定期COPD患者规律吸入噻托溴铵干粉剂前后,分别进行FEV1、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标检测、用CAT量表进行生活质量评估。结果规律治疗后患者CAT评分明显减低,与FEV1、FEV1/FVC的增加相一致。结论规律吸入噻托溴铵可以改善轻中度稳定期COPD患者的生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of the treat by Tiotropium Bromide dry powder to patients＇ quality of life in stable condition with mild and moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Detected the pulmonary function indicatrix such as FEVland FEV1/FVC of sixty patients with mild and moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary in stable condition respectively before and after they inhaled Tiotropium Bromide dry powder. Used CAT scale to assess their quality of llfe. Results CAT score of them decreased significantly with the improvement of the difficulty in breathing and exercise tolerance after the patients were treated regular- ly. Conclusion Inhaling Tiotropium Bromide dry powder regularly can improve patients＇ quality of life with mild and moderate COPD in stable condition.
