摘要
研制了新型三元 SO2 -4 / Fe2 O3- Zr O2 - Si O2 固体酸催化剂并用于催化乙酸 /丁醇酯化反应 ;考察了制备方法、Fe,Zr摩尔比、Si原子百分含量、沉淀 p H值、陈化时间、预焙烧温度、浸渍液 H2 SO4溶液浓度、焙烧温度、焙烧气氛等对催化性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,使用 Si含量为 2 % ,mol Fe∶ mol Zr=0 .2 5由共沉淀 -浸渍法在氧气气氛中制得的该类催化剂 ,乙酸的转化率、乙酸丁酯收率、生成乙酸丁酯的选择性可分别达到 97.1 5 % ,93.2 6 %和 96 .0 0 % ;该催化剂中各成分主要以无定形状态存在 ,比表面积较大 ;SO2 -4 可能是活性组分之一。
A new type solid acid of SO ~2- __4/Fe_2O_3-ZrO_2-SiO_2 was prepared through coprecipitation- impregnation method and used to catalyze the esterification of acetic acid and butanol. The following preparation conditions were examed: preparation methods, molar ratio of Fe/Zr, molar content of Si, pH value of coprecipitation, aging time, precalcination temperature, concentration of impregnation solution H_2SO_4, calcination temperature and atmosphere. The conversion of HAc, yield of butylacetate, selectivity of butylacetate can reach 97.15%, 93.26%, 96.00% respectively under the optimum condition. The components of catalyst exist mainly at amorphous state and endow a large specificarea to the catalyst. SO ~2- __4 may be one of the active components. [KH-2]
