摘要
用SiO2负载纳米级SO24-/TiO2固体超强酸为催化剂,对合成柠檬酸三正丁酯的条件和催化剂的重复使用效果进行了研究。在最佳反应条件下,柠檬酸的转化率98.1%,催化剂重复使用6次后的转化率仍高达90.5%。催化产物的气相色谱说明,该催化剂选择性好,无副产物生成,具有较好的应用前景。
The synthesis of tri-n-butyl citrate using the SiO2 supported nano-sized SO4^2--/TiO2 solid superacid as the catalyst was carried out to study the factors including the esterifieation conditions and effect of repeatedly used catalyst on conversion rate. Under optimum synthesis condition, the conversion rate of citric acid was 98.1% . As a result, after the catalyst was used repeatedly for six times, the conversion rate of citric acid dropped down to 90.5 %. The selectivity of catalyst was good without byproducts as proved by gas chromatograqhy. This method has good application perspectives for the synthesis of tri-n-butyl citrate.
