摘要
与编辑这一社会角色相比 ,学术编辑的能力结构既有其一般性、共通性的一面 ,即学术编辑必须具有一定的宏观控制能力、选题策划能力、理论鉴审能力、驾御文字能力、优选信息能力、审美选择能力和作者导向能力 ;同时又必须具备一定的特殊能力 ,即学术编辑之所以为学术编辑的能力 ,也即较强的专业能力和专业研究能力。为了提高学术编辑的选择潜能 ,优化其能力结构 ,必须不断完善其知识结构 ,提高其理论思辨性 ,同时注重编辑实践。
A journal editor is similar with other editors in that they both have the ability to direct, select, appraise, appreciate, etc. But a journal editor must have other, special abilities, such as special knowledge in some subjects and certain research ability. To cultivate a journal editor's potential for better judgement and selection, he must optimize his ability structure and knowledge composition, enhamce his theoretical level and perfect his editorial practice.
