摘要
目的探讨中药足浴联合产后护理对预防产妇腰痛的影响。方法选取我院80例产后腰痛的产妇,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者产后均给予中药浴足治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合性的护理干预。使用SAS、SDS、VAS及QOL,分别在干预前、干预后对两组患者进行评估,并观察两组临床疗效。结果两组干预后SAS及SDS评分低于干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后的SAS及SDS评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后的疼痛指数评分与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后观察组的疼痛指数评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产后腰痛患者给予中药浴足并配合综合性护理干预可提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the influence of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with postpartum nursing on preventing of puerpera with low back pain. Methods 80 puerpera with low back pain in our hospital were selected and divided in to observation group and control group, each group had 40 cases. Patients of two groups were given Chinese medicine foot bath, control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given compositive nursing. SAS, SDS, VAS and QOL were used to evaluated the patients before and after intervention, and the curative effect of two groups were compared. Results SAS, SDS scores of two group after intervention were lower than that of before intervention（P 〈 0.05）; there were significant differences on SAS, SDS scores after intervention between the two groups（P 〈 0.05 ） ;the QOL of two groups after intervention were higher than that of before intervention（P 〈 0.05）, the QOL of observation group after intervention was higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine foot bath combined with postpartum nursing on preventing of puerpera low back pain can improve the living quality of patients, so it is worthy to use in clinic.
