摘要
目的探讨血管闭合器＋弹力粘贴绷带在经股动脉介入治疗中止血效果及减少血管并发症、提高护理质量中的意义。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年12月在我院采用股动脉路径行PCI治疗的患者406例，分为使用血管闭合器＋弹力粘贴绷带止血组165例，对照组使用手工压迫组82例，只用闭合器组159例，在止血效果及并发症发生率方面进行分析对比。结果研究组在止血成功率、止血时间、并发症发生率、平均住院时间等的比率均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经股动脉介入治疗中使用血管闭合器＋弹力粘贴绷带止血，能大大缩短患者止血时间、卧床时间，住院时间和减少血管并发症，同时也减少了护理人员的工作量。
Objective TO investigate the hemostatic effect of vascular closure device combined with elastic paste bandage in the femoral artery interventional therapy and significance on reducing vascular complications and improving the quality of nursing. Methods 406 patients who received the femoral artery Pereutaneous Coronary Intervention（PCI） treatment in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.After the PCI treatment,165 patients were applied vascular closure device combined with elastic paste bandage,82 patients were applied manual compression, and 159 patients were applied only stitching.The hemostatic effect and incidence of complications were analyzed and compared. Results The hemostasis success rate,hemostasis time,incidence of complications and average hospital stays in the study group were better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Vascular closure device combined with elastic paste bandage in the femoral artery interventional therapy can greatly shorten the patients＇ hemostasis time,time in bed and hospital stays,and decrease vascular complications.Eventually,it greatly reduces nurses＇ workload.
