摘要
:知识产权作为一种无形财产权 ,是一种十分重要的经济资源。随着知识经济的来临 ,知识产权资源对企业的发展起着越来越大的作用。企业运用知识产权战略 ,即在生产、经营与管理中运用知识产权策略与手段 ,成为企业获取与保持市场竞争优势 ,谋求最佳经济效益的法宝。在建立现代企业制度的工作中 ,知识产权战略对实现企业产权结构调整、实现资源优化配置等具有非常重要的作用 ,并对企业经济增长方式产生前所未有的影响。
As an incorporeal property right, the intellectual property is a kind of very important economic resources .The application of the intellectual property strategy to the production , operation and management of an enterprise helps it gain and maintain its superiority in market competition , and then seek optimum economic benefits. In the practice of building modern enterprises system , such a strategy is of unprecedented influence upon the way of economic growth and play an important role as well in realizing the adjustment of property structure and optimum disposition of resources. The effective application of the intellectual property strategy depends on the protection of the intellectual property law system .
