摘要
知识经济时代,知识产权在企业发展过程中的地位和作用将会越来越突出,这一发展趋势呼唤企业必须重视知识产权的保护和建设。企业知识产权文化建设为企业知识产权建设提供了一种新思路,企业知识产权文化与企业知识产权制度既有差异又存在互动关系,具有导向功能、激励功能、凝聚功能以及推动企业知识产权建设的功能,企业应从培育全面的权利观念、普及和宣传企业知识产权意识、加快培养企业知识产权人才三个方面,进行企业知识产权文化的建构。
In the intellectual economy times,the position and significance of Intellectual Property（IP） in enterprise＇s development will become more and more important,which calls the enterprises pay much attention on IP＇s protection and construction.Building of enterprises IP culture provides a new way for IP construction in enterprises. Enterprises should develop IP culture from three ways：fostering staff＇s the general fight concept,popularizing and disseminating IP protection consciousness and fostering IP talents.
