摘要
通过分析转化医学和研究型医院的内涵,探讨两者之间的关系,并结合自身医院建设发展实践,探讨在建设研究型医院过程中同时推进转化医学研究的实践体会。提出以铸牢研究型医院管理理念为先导,树立转化医学观念,以构建研究型医院学科体系为支撑,促进转化医学发展,以培育研究型医院人才队伍为重点,推进转化医学研究。
Based on analyzing the connotations of translational medicine and research hospital, the relationship between the research hospital and translational medicine are discussed, combined with hospital practice, experiences on both promoting research hospital building and translational medicine research are analyzed. Suggestions which can be described as setting up translational medicine concept by emphasizing research hospital management concept, improving translational medicine development by building research hospital discipline system and promoting translational medicine development by strengthening human resources training.
