The development of hospital management in 21 century is central issue payed attention by everyone in the region of medicine.The article analyses the subject from three parties:1.renewal of medical sense.It is accomplished by readjusting medical aim,assessing medical supply and demand and applying evidence based medicine;2.development of medical service.It is brought about by three aspects.3.Establishment of the new idea of medical talents.
