摘要
主要介绍了在偏光片贴合工艺设备的开发与研制中,如何实现整卷光学薄膜的原卷放料、保护膜收取和贴合的工艺过程。通过采用双向螺杆结构和磁粉制动器结构设计了原卷放料机构,保证了光学薄膜原卷在贴合工作过程中的定位精度,同时保证原卷放料的张力;采用压力传感器结构,设计了上下胶辊精确压合并传送偏光片的贴合机构,保证了在贴合过程中贴合成品不产生气泡和皱褶等不良现象;合理设计卷边调节机构,保证了贴合成品不会产生翘曲。
Mainly introduce the technologies of bonding polarizing film equipment,including how to realize the whole original roll feeding of the optical thin film,protective film collection and bonding process.The original roll feeding mechanism uses double screw structure and magnetic powder brake structure to ensure positioning accuracy of the optical thin film original roll during bonding,and the tension of original roll feeding;The bonding mechanism uses pressure sensor structure,provide precision pressing of upper and lower rollers,and polarizing film delivery,to ensure there are no bubbles,wrinkles and other bad phenomenon;The reasonable design of edge adjusting mechanism ensure that the bonding product won't produce warping.
