摘要
全自动对位贴合机是液晶显示器生产线制盒工艺中的关键设备。对图像识别技术进行了充分的分析,对全自动对位贴合机图像识别系统进行了设计,使其同PLC、X、Y和θ精密运动平台一起对上下玻璃进行识别及对位,实现设备上下平台的高精度对位。实践证明,采用图像识别系统技术保证了设备对位的高精度要求,并大大提高了设备运行的效率。
Auto-alignment laminating machine is a key equipment in the LCD production line.The image recognition technology was analyzed completely.The image recognition system of the auto-alignment laminating machine was designed,and it can work together with the PLC,X,Y and θ precision motion platform to identify and fine the accurate position for up and down glasses,achieve high-precision alignment of up and down platforms.It is proved that the system with image recognition system technology ensured high-precision requirements of the position,and significantly improved the efficiency of equipment operation.
