摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)为主要原料,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为共聚单体,合成了AM/AMPS/DMC两性聚丙烯酰胺。以高岭土悬浮液作为模拟废水,研究了AM/AMPS/DMC两性聚丙烯酰胺的絮凝性能。结果表明:两性聚丙烯酰胺作为絮凝剂可以适用于处理不同电荷类型的污水,对pH值的适应范围较宽;其絮凝效果与其投料量存在着一定的关系,在30℃到70℃的温度范围内,升高温度有利于絮凝效果的提高。
The amphoteric polyaerylamide copolymer P (AM/AMPS/DMC) was synthesized by acrylamide as main monomer, 2-methylacryloylxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-l-propane sulfonate (AMPS) as comonomers. The flocculation ability of P (AM/AMPS/DMC) was tested with kaolin clay simulated wastewater. Results showed that the amphoteric flocculant are suit for treating the wastewater with different charge type, having broad pH adaptive extent. There are certain relationship between the flocculation effect and flocculating agent. Within the range of 30℃-70℃, rising temperature is benefit for the flocculation effect.
