摘要
以水为介质,采用自由基胶束聚合制备了二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DM DAAC)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)三元共聚的疏水缔合水溶性聚合物P(NVP-DM DAAC-BA),产物结构经1H-NM R和IR确证。研究了疏水单元含量对聚合物溶液表观黏度的影响及共聚物对药物萘普生的缓释性能。
The titled polymer were prepared from dimethyl-diallylammonium chloride (DM- DAAC), N-vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP)and butyl acrylate(BA), through radical micellar polymerization in aqueous media. The structure of P(NVP-DMDAAC-BA) was determined by ^1H-NMR and IR. The effect of mole fractions of hydrophobe on apparent viscosity was investigated. At last, the naproxen sustained-release tablets were prepared from the copolymer and naproxen. The result of drug release suggests that, the sustained-release tablets with the absence of P (NVP-DMDAAC-BA) exhibit excellent properties than PVP.
