含磷氮碳膨胀型阻燃剂的合成与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 由季戊四醇与三氯氧磷反应制得中间体螺环磷酸酯二酰氯,再以该季戊四醇磷酰氯与二乙烯三胺反应制得无卤膨胀型阻燃剂聚螺环磷酸酯二酰胺,并对其结构进行了表征,探讨了其阻燃性能。结果表明:将该阻燃剂掺入硅烷交联聚乙烯材料中,当其含量为25%时,阻燃硅烷交联聚乙烯的阻燃性能达到最佳效果。 The halogen-free intumescent-flame retardant polyspirocyclic pentaerythritol bisphosphorate disphosphoryl amine was synthesized through condensation polymerization of spirocyclic pentaerythritol bisphosphorate disphosphoryl chloride with diethylenetriamine. And the spirocyclic pentaerythritol bisphosphorate disphosphoryl chloride was synthesized by reaction of pentaerythritol and phosphorus oxychloride. The chemical structure and thermal property of polyspirocyclic pentaerythritol bisphosphorate disphosphoryl amine was characterized by IR and TG. And the flame retardant efficiency was investigated. The results indicated that the flame retardant efficiency of the blend of polyspirocyclic pentaerythritol bisphosphorate disphosphoryl amine and silane-crosslinked polyethylene would be the best when the flame retardant compound increased to 25%.
