ALRR术合并股四头肌腱延长加髌腱胫骨结节止点下移术治疗高位髌骨疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下髌外测支持带松解(ALRR)合并股四头肌腱延长、加髌腱胫骨结节止点下移术治疗高位髌骨的手术效果。方法本组14例(16膝)高位髌骨患者,采用关节镜下ALRR合并股四头肌腱延长加胫骨结节止点下移术。其中Q角增大者,在髌腱胫骨结节止点下移的同时,一并内移。结果采用Schmid膝关节功能评估法,本组病例术前评分均小于4分,术后6个月优良率为68.7%。术后2年优良率为78.5%。术后2年评分差的患者为因全膝关节进行性退变所致。结论利用ALRR术合并股四头肌腱延长加髌腱胫骨结节止点下移术治疗高位髌骨是治疗高位髌骨的有效方法。
