胫骨结节移位术在髌骨半脱位合并高位髌骨中的应用观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨胫骨结节移位术治疗髌骨半脱位合并高位髌骨的临床疗效。方法选择35例(45膝)髌骨半脱位合并高位髌骨患者,入院前未接受其他手术治疗,入院后行胫骨结节移位术,术后行系统康复锻炼。随访6~36个月,采用IKDC及Lysholm膝关节功能综合评分评价患膝功能恢复情况。结果患者的髌骨适合角从术前的(17.2±3.1)°纠正到术后的(-2.1±3.3)°,外侧髌股角从术前的(-1.3±1.6)°纠正到术后的(6.1±1.4)°,手术前后比较有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。术前及术后8个月时,IKDC膝关节主观功能评分分别为(70.6±5.2)、(96.8±3.1)分,Lysholm膝关节功能综合评分分别为(69.8±5.4)、(96.1±3.0)分,手术前后比较有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论胫骨结节移位术治疗髌骨半脱位伴高位髌骨操作简单,疗效满意。
