摘要 发现预氧化聚丙烯对抗静电剂具有防静电增强效应。经过热氧处理并加入抗静电剂的粉料聚丙烯薄膜其表面电阻率大大下降。仅采用1 wt%含量的抗静电剂,最低可降到105。具有优异的防静电性能。含抗静电剂预氧化聚丙烯薄膜的表面电阻率随着抗静电剂含量的增加、热氧处理温度的升高和热氧处理时间的延长而显著下降。 It has been found that there was an antistatic enhancement effect of the pre-oxidized PP on the antistatic agent.The surface resistivity of the powdered PP film with the antistatic agent by thermooxidizing treatment decreased greatly.Using merely 1 wt % of the antistatic agent,the surface resistivity fell down to 105 to give an excellent antistatic property.The surface resistivity of the pre-oxidized PP film with the antistatic agent significantly decreased with the increase of the adding level of the antistatic agent,the raise of thermooxidizing treating temperature and the increase of thermooxidizing treating time.
