摘要
采用层次分析法构建城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,运用熵值法对广州市2006～2010年城市土地集约利用状况进行综合评价。结果表明:2006～2010年广州市土地集约利用指数不断提高,但集约利用水平偏低,土地集约利用潜力较大;经济发展状况是影响城市土地集约利用的最重要因素;社会发展状况和生态环境状况对土地集约利用的影响加强,但仍有提升空间,未来土地集约利用应加大对社会、生态环境的重视与投入。
AHP method was adopted to construct urban land intensive use evaluation index system,entropy method was used to evaluate Guangzhou land intensive use status during 2006-2010.The results showed that,from 2006 to 2010,the index of land intensive use was rising continually,which is at a low level and have a good potential.Economic development is the most important factor for influencing city land intensive use.The influence of social development and ecological environment to land intensive use enhanced,but there is still room to be improved,and we should pay more attention to social development and ecological environment of land intensive use in future.
