摘要
动脉粥样硬化作为一种慢性炎症性疾病,不仅是大多数心血管疾病共同的病理生理过程,而且其引发的并发症是导致患者致死、致残的主要原因。由于动脉粥样硬化的致病机制尚未彻底阐明,因此动脉粥样硬化动物模型的制备对研究其发病机制、病理变化以及防治等起着极其重要的作用。尽管已有多种动物模型被用于相关研究,但是尚未找到一种理想化的动物模型能确切地模拟人类动脉粥样硬化的发病过程。
As a chronic inflammatory disease,not only atherosclerosis is a common pathophysiological process of most cardiovascular diseases,but also its complications are the major reasons contributing to patients' lethality and disability.The pathogenic mechanisms of atherosclerosis are not completely elucidated,thus preparation of animal models of atherosclerosis plays an extremely important role in studying its pathogenesis,pathological changes,as well as prevention and treatment.Although a variety of animal models have been used to research atherosclerosis formation,an ideal animal model has not been found,which can exactly simulate human atherosclerosis disease processes.
