摘要 目的开发一个评价常用人类疾病动物模型制备效果的管理软件。方法以Windows XP professional操作系统为开发平台,运用Microsoft Visual Basic6.0(中文版)计算机编程语言,按照人类疾病动物模型制备效果评价的要求研制开发常用人类疾病动物模型制备效果评价软件,并将软件推行试用。结果软件设计了模型管理、指标参数管理、评分参数管理、实验数据录入、实验计算管理和评价报告管理六大模块,具有简洁美观的界面,操作简易方便,用户试用体验后评价良好。结论本软件适用于常用人类疾病动物模型制备效果的评价管理。 Objective To develop and to promote the quantification,accuracy and standardization process of assessment software for replication effect of human disease models. Methods The software,based on windows operating system,was designed to assess the replication effect of human disease models. The software was programed according to object-oriented programming methods and can accomplish evaluation task in GUI way. Results The software showed stability,efficiency and reasonability according to application feedback information statistics. Conclusion The application of this software could improve the efficiency of assessment progress and promote the quantification and standardization process of replication effect for human disease models.
