摘要
以设防烈度作为决策单体结构最优地震设防水准 (即最优设防荷载 )的参数,结合现行抗震设计规范,提出了考虑重要性时工程结构地震设防水准的定义和取值方法;同时提出了考虑重要性时基于变形的地震性能目标;探讨了工程结构地震破坏的宏观模糊概率分析方法;提出了最小造价曲线的两种求解方法:精确方法和简化方法;最后给出了考虑重要性时单体结构最优地震设防水准的决策方法。
In this paper, the fortification intensity is selected as the parameter of decision- making for the optimal seismic fortification level of the single structure, that is, the optimal fortification load. Combining with the current aseismic design code, the definition of seismic fortification levels of engineering structures considering the importance as well as the methods of their taking values are given. Meanwhile, the seismic performance objectives considering the importance based on deformation are put forward. A macroscopical method of calculating the fuzzy probabilities of engineering structures damaged by earthquakes is discussed, and then, two methods of finding the minimum cost curves are given, which include the precise method and the simplified one. Finally, the decision- making method for the optimal seismic fortification level of the single structure considering the importance is proposed.
