摘要
高校学术职业分层是按照某种学术标准或者资格将教师区分为高低不同的职位等级序列,并形成一个职位与地位对应的社会结构的过程,其内在分层机制是高校职位等级系统对教师进行的制度化分类,职称和岗位成为分层的重要依据。我国当代高校学术职业分层呈现出政策分层、特色分层和声望分层等多种形态,竞争性和多样化成为分层的核心特征。学术精英层与底层教师层的疏离,学术职业分层差异明显,以及效率取向是当代中国学术职业分层的新变化。高校学术职业分层在体现组织效率和促进教师群体发展的同时,形成扁平化的学术职业分层阶梯、缩小分层地位差距、形成多样化的分层结构是重要的制度创新基础。
The stratification of academic profession of colleges and universities is a process to rank teachers into different hierarchical sequence position according to certain academic standards, and form a social structure in which one's occupation is corresponds to his position. The inner stratification system is a systematic stratification to teachers in accordance with the hierarchical system in colleges and universities under the background of incomplete market economy. Besides, occupation and position are major basis to achieve the stratification. The contemporary stratification of academic profession of colleges and universities in China has taken on various forms such as political stratification, distinctive stratification and reputation stratification. And rivalrousness and diversification have become the essential features of stratification. The alienation between academic elites and ordinary teachers, the evident stratification of academic profession, and effficiency-centered are all new changes in the stratification of academic profession of colleges and universities in China. At one time, the stratification should embodies the efficiency of organization and boost the development of teachers; at the same time, form a delayering stratification ladder of academic profession, deduce the disparity between hierarchical position, and pose a diversiform stratification structure are important systematic and innovative basis.
