摘要
不同造林密度下杂种落叶松土壤细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量及随季节变化的动态规律的研究结果表明:细菌占微生物总量的99%以上,其次是放线菌,真菌数量最少;造林密度对杂种落叶松土壤微生物均有显著影响,其中,造林密度为3 300株/hm2的林分,土壤中微生物含量最高,最适合微生物的繁衍增殖。
Focused on the analysis of the number of the bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi and the seasonal dynamics of different afforestation density of Hybrid Larch. The results showed that: the bacteria account for 99% of the total amount of microorganism, followed by actinomycetes, fungi the least number. The effect of afforestation density on microbes was significant and the 3300 tree/hm2 was the most suitable density for microbial breeding.
