摘要
为适应市场变化和满足客户要求,在现有化纤仿毛生产线的基础上,开发含羊毛50%的毛/涤/天丝产品,在高温高压喷射染色机内进行间歇式匹染。为满足匹染的要求,开发含羊毛混纺织物时,应优选原料,合理搭配,经试验得知,用羊毛、阳离子涤纶、涤纶、天丝纤维进行混纺,效果较好,印染整理后面料手感柔软、滑爽、毛感强。毛/涤/天丝混纺织物在匹染过程中,严格控制工艺条件,印染后对羊毛纤维无损伤。
In order to adapt to market changes and meet customer requirements,we developed the wool/polyester/tencel blended fabric on the wool-like production line equipment,then dyed in high temperature high pressure jet dyeing machine for intermittent piece dyeing.In order to meet the requirements of piece dyeing,wool blended fabric should be preferred raw materials reasonable collocation.After testing,wool/cationic polyester/polyester/tencel blended fabric had good effect.After the dyeing and finishing,the fabric was soft to the touch,smooth.Wool/polyester/tencel blended fabric in the piece dyeing process,it should strict control the process condition,in order to reduce damage in printing and dyeing process.
