摘要
目的探讨扎冲十三味丸对缺血性脑组织损伤的保护机制。方法利用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型,采用Elisa法和流式细胞技术Annexin V fitc/pi细胞双染法,检测凋亡细胞相关蛋白和神经细胞凋亡百分率,观察扎冲十三味丸对脑缺血组织bcl-2和bax蛋白表达水平以及缺血组织细胞凋亡程度的影响。结果扎冲十三味丸能减低缺血脑组织Bax蛋白含量和上调Bcl-2蛋白含量以及降低缺血脑组织细胞凋亡百分率。结论扎冲十三味丸通过降低缺血脑组织细胞凋亡百分率,对脑组织缺血损伤有保护作用。
Objective To study the mechanism of Mongolian patent medicine Zhachong Shisan Wei Pill in preventing ischemic brain injury.Methods Rats were subjected to establish the MCAO stroke model.The expression level of apoptosis-related protein and apoptotic rate of nerve cells were detected with Elisa and flow cytometry by double staining of Annexin V fitc/pi.The effects of Zhachong Shisan Wei Pill on both the expression levels of bcl-2 and bax and apoptosis in ischemic brain tissue were analyzed.Results The protection of Zhachong Shisan Wei Pill was fulfilled through downregulating the level of Bax and upregulating the level of Bcl-2.It could also decrease the apoptotic rate of hippocampus tissue.Conclusion Zhachong Shisan Wei Pill has a protective effect on cerebral ischemic injury neuron by reducing the percentage of apoptosis in hippocampal tissue
