摘要
在知识经济时代 ,高校加强学生创新能力的培养势在必行 ,而创新能力得以形成的基础是学生的综合素质。高校既要着力提高学生的综合素质 ,同时也要采取相应对策 。
From the quality requirements for the college students,the labourer of the new century,with the appearance of knowledge economy,this paper discusses the importance and necessity for the college student to strengthen their creative ability.Also,this paper points out that the comprehensive quality of the college student forms the foundation for the development of the creativeability.Meanwhile,the paper suggests the environmental mechanism for the development of the creative ability and the relevant measures the college should take.
