摘要
体育行为由体育兴趣、动机、态度等构成。据调查分析健美操运动已占据高中女学生很高的锻炼比重,体育运动与体育行为的联系日益密切,但仍有相当多学生没有体育锻炼的意识,本文主要通过调查统计、资料分析等方法对当代高中女学生的体育行为与健美操运动的相关性调查作出相应判断,并为高中体育教学的合理分配和组织提供一定的理论支持。
the behavior of sports by sports interest,motivation,attitude.According to investigation and analysis of aerobics has high school female students of high proportion of the exercise,sports and the sports behavior of the increasingly close ties,but there is still a considerable students without physical exercise consciousness,this paper mainly through the survey statistics,the corresponding judgment sports behavior data analysis and other methods of contemporary high school female students and the correlation investigation of aerobics exercises, and provide theoretical support for the rational distribution of high school sports teaching and organization.
