摘要
结合我国从计划经济向市场经济转型时期市场监督机制不健全的实际 ,建立了包含非规范经济因素在内的、更一般的招投标机制选择模型 .通过此模型 。
Combining the practice of economic system transition and the imperfection of market supervision sysytem ,this paper builds up a new model of risk share ratio selection.Making use of the model ,policy suggestion on perfecting construction market is proposed and the cause of prolems in bidding practice is analysed.
