One Step Synthesis of α-Terpineol from Turpentine Oil

摘要 研究了由松节油一步合成α-松油醇的新工艺。根据松节油水合反应的要求,设计了氯乙酸与松节油的摩尔比、水与松节油的摩尔比、反应温度及辅助催化剂三氧化铬用量的正交试验。得最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度65℃,氯乙酸/松节油的摩尔比=2:1,水/松节油的摩尔比=4:1,助催化剂三氧化铬为松节油的0.5%(质量分数)。松节油转化率达85%,α-松油醇选择性为60%。 A new single step process for synthesizing α-terpineol from turpentine oil was studied. According to the requirement of the hydration of turpentine oil, an orthogonal test with four factors including the molar ratio of chloroacetic acid to turpentine oil, the molar ratio of water to turpentine oil, the reaction temperature and the amount of auxiliary catalyst chromium trioxide, was made to obtain the optimum reaction condition. The optimum hydration condition listed as. reaction temperature was 65 ℃, the molar ratio of chloroacetic acid to turpentine oil was 2 : 1, the molar ratio of water to turpentine oil was 4: 1, the mass ratio of chromium trioxide was 0.5 % ( based on turpentine oil). The conversion rate of turpentine oil was up to 85% and selectivity of a-terpineol reached 60%.
