摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法选择2010年12月至2012年12月见我院90例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗。以4周为一个疗程。连续治疗2个疗程后,观察两组患者的疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显药物不良反应。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者疗效佳,具有良好的安全性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of bifidobacterium trigeminy living bacterium powder combined with Mesalazin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 90 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital form December 2010 to December 2012 were selected in this study and randomly divided into the observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received the treatment of Mesalazin enteric-coated tablets, while patients in the observation group received the treatment of bifidobacterium trigeminy living bacterium powder combined with Mesalazin enteric-coated tablets. The treatment course was 4 weeks of both groups. The curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups were observed after 2 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.11%, significantly higher than 75.56% of control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. No obvious drug adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusions Bifidobacterium trigeminy living bacterium powder combined with Mesalazin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis has good curative effect and good security.
