益生菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察益生菌配合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的整体疗效。方法选我院2008年4月至2011年3月间收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者36例,随机标记分对照组和实验组,对照组18例患者给予美沙拉嗪治疗,对照组18例除给予美沙拉嗪外,另给予双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,4周/疗程。结果疗程结束后,实验组总有效率(88.9%),对照组总有效率(72.2%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用益生菌与美沙拉嗪联合使用治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床效果好于单纯使用美沙拉嗪,是临床理想的药物配伍方法,值得推广。
